Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for items purchased on our website within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please include the original invoice or receipt. Whenever possible, please return items in the original shipping box.

Final Sale: Some items on our website are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Please read the descriptions on each item for more info.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@mimiplange.com. We will email you a complimentary prepaid return label. Affix the label to the outside of the return package and drop it off with the designated carrier. No additional postage is required.

Refund Process: Once we receive your return, it will be processed within seven (7) business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

If your return is an exchange, we will process a refund for the original item and reauthorize payment for the new item.

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose not to use our prepaid return label, we cannot reimburse any self-paid return shipping costs.
